If you have a team of student leaders – whatever their roles – you’ve probably gotten to know them pretty well by this point in the semester.
Have you paused to consider a better “spot on the bus” for any of them?
That’s this week’s Fridea: Brainstorm better roles for any of your student leaders.
It’s so easy in collegiate ministry to get into a rhythm of making changes only at year’s end. And of course it’s “normal” for student leaders to finish out their commitment in the role where they started.
But is this necessary? There could be…
- a role an individual leader is better suited for
- a new need that an experienced leader would be helpful in filling
- students who aren’t leaders but are ready to be – and could happily fill one of the spots left vacant if a leader was moved.
