on civil-ity

I’ve written before about our once-in-a-collegian’s-“lifetime” opportunity to discuss how to be a Christian voter – if this hasn’t been addressed in your college ministry, I fear you might have missed an important chance.

Of course, the Bible speaks to various citizenry issues, right? And while your students are thinking about one aspect of their civil rights and responsibilities, you have the chance to shine a light on what the Bible says.

So if you haven’t (or haven’t recently), I encourage you to introduce your students to this important topic. For longer than they date, get an education, or even work a job, they’ll be citizens of some country and under other authority figures as well.

So have you prepared for a lifetime of Christ-following in their citizenry?
