My friend Rhett Smith posted to his blog yesterday
about a Tweet he read
concerning a blog post
that referenced an article.
Regardless of the now five degrees of separation, Rhett does a good job of covering the issue. And he provides enough links and commentary that I don’t need to worry about adding anything here.
The topic? Twelve views / preconceptions / hopes Millennials bring to their workplaces (what my subject line calls their “environmental presumptions”). Of course, these preferences also apply to their college ministries, their coursework, and their church communities.
Very important stuff for us, since Millennials are all we deal with these days.
Here’s Rhett’s post. I encourage you to check it out!
