As an example of the ways Christian colleges often develop their ministry to students through learning (discussed in a recent post)…
Check out this site with various resources from the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities. This gives a good portrayal, I imagine, of the way CCCU schools try to collaborate for the sake of excellence.
The site also gives us other college ministers a chance to do the same thing some Christian colleges are so good at, learning from fields that aren’t identical to our own in hopes of adding wisdom through various counselors. While you may have to hunt around to find things you want to read, I found, for example, an article on using Science Fiction as a springboard to dialog, several Book Reviews, and various discussions of things like Race issues and Human Sexuality.
