In this break, I very purposely did very little connected to the trip, except for spending much time reviewing what I’d done and thinking through how I would proceed. And a few extra church visits, beyond spending time at my home church.

Oh – and for a week I had the flu, which really stunk. But if you’re gonna get the flu, getting it at your parents’ house is far better than at a random motel somewhere.
